Formerly a stylish, big dreaming college student, turned single mommy.
On August 20, 2011 I found out I was pregnant. I was freshly single from a nearly year long relationship to a Marine & in the wake of the breakup I had made big plans to take a year off from school to travel (first stop: Key West). Turns out my year off from school ended up being spent in my hometown (population much > 5000) which was less than exciting.
I spent my entire pregnancy trying to pick up the pieces of my life, in the process I was introduced to God, figured out where to go to college, & started a YouTube channel (where I have met some of the most amazing people).
On April 11, 2012 Kadence Guinevere was born. It was a rough road at first, I fought what I look back on is a miniature battle with undiagnosed postpartum depression, but I am all the better for it.
I strive now to stay on the positive side of things, to be as eco-friendly as possible, to teach my baby girl independence by being so, & to achieve my dreams.
